KITCH FOR FULL-SERVICE DINING

Service fills the room.Admin fills the gaps.

Before the first table, the floor plan changes, a special sells out and the closing manager needs an answer. Kitch helps with the work around service, not just the website.

Kitch helps with your site, ordering, marketing, staff and the work behind service. It keeps the details of your full-service restaurant from one request to the next.

You

We need an Osteria Grove website that shows tonight's menu and feels like our dining room.

You

Burrata sold out. Can you fix tonight’s menu and give the servers a pre-shift note?

THE WORK BEHIND THE DAY

Everything around the dining room matters.

01 / Pre-shift

The team needs one story

Prepare a shift note for the menu, a special, known shortages and any changes the manager confirms.

02 / During service

The menu changes

Keep a guest-facing update specific to the current service without silently changing the permanent menu.

03 / After close

Tomorrow needs a handoff

Organize a recap and follow-up questions using the work already reviewed that day.

BEYOND THE FIRST REQUEST

More time on the floor. Less chasing details.

01

The menu and the team should agree

Guest-facing information, notes and opening hours are related. Kitch starts from your dining room's context, not an empty document.

02

Approvals remain with the operator

Shifts, staff access and public changes can affect real people. Kitch should prepare the right work and preserve the required review.

REAL OPERATOR QUESTIONS

The details matter.

Useful software should answer the questions you have before you try it.

Is Kitch a restaurant reservation system?

Kitch has reservation-related workflows where configured but should not be assumed to replace a venue's existing booking provider or inventory without a supported integration.

Can it create pre-shift notes?

Kitch can draft notes based on the menu, confirmed information and the manager's request. A draft is not automatically sent to staff.

Can a temporary special stay temporary?

Yes, the intention is to distinguish a one-service event from a lasting menu fact. A manager should confirm when the change ends.

What if my restaurant already has a POS?

Kitch can sit alongside a supported restaurant stack. Do not assume every POS or staff system connects automatically; supported integrations are checked during setup.
