KITCH FOR CATERING & EVENTS

Every event starts with details.Don't lose them.

A 45-person office lunch is not the same as a wedding or a drop-off platter order. Kitch helps you collect the right questions, prepare a relevant menu and keep the conversation tied to the event.

Kitch helps with your site, ordering, marketing, staff and the work behind service. It keeps the details of your catering business from one request to the next.

Watch Kitch build a catering business website

You

I need a website for Gather & Grain where people can see our menus and request catering.

Kitch

I'll build the catering site and an event enquiry path for dates and guest counts.

Ready for your review

One catering business. Different jobs. It keeps the context.

What would you ask Kitch?

Start with your catering business

THE WORK BEHIND THE DAY

From first enquiry to event day.

01 / New lead

A request comes in

Start with the date, headcount, occasion and delivery or service style, rather than a generic 'we'll be in touch'.

02 / Menu planning

The details matter

Compare an inquiry with your confirmed catering menu, minimums and lead time.

03 / Follow-up

Don't lose the next action

Draft a specific follow-up about the missing details and keep the event's context together.

BEYOND THE FIRST REQUEST

Less back-and-forth before the quote.

01

An enquiry is not a paid order

Ask for the information you need before treating a date, quote or deposit as confirmed.

02

Different event, different workflow

Drop-off lunch, recurring office catering and staffed events need different questions. Your page should reflect those differences.

REAL OPERATOR QUESTIONS

The details matter.

Useful software should answer the questions you have before you try it.

Can Kitch create a catering quote?

Kitch can help assemble a quote draft from confirmed menu prices, guest count, delivery, staffing and your catering business's terms. A final price and availability require operator approval.

Can we take a catering deposit online?

Payment collection depends on the plan and supported payment workflow. Do not treat an enquiry form or draft quote as a confirmed booking or completed payment.

What should a catering lead form ask?

At minimum: event date, time, guest count, service style, location, contact details and dietary considerations. Budget, rental needs and setup time may also matter.

Can the same business take regular pickup and catering enquiries?

Yes, but they should not be forced into the same form. Direct pickup orders and custom catering requests have different commitments, lead times and approval needs.
