What is offered
- What am I paying for?
- Kitch Starter is the live page plus the update desk behind it — menu, hours, promos, QR, short link, contact, location, and the small changes that keep the page worth visiting.
- How many people can use it?
- Starter includes up to three seats for one location: usually owner, manager, and staff. Permissions keep owner controls, manager updates, and staff-safe actions separate.
- Is this for one location?
- Yes. Starter is for a single restaurant location. Multi-location groups, franchises, hospitality groups, and shared admin teams should use Kitch Enterprise.
- Why monthly?
- Because restaurant information drifts the moment a page goes live. A stale page is the whole problem. The monthly price keeps the page current.
- Do I need a site already?
- No. Kitch can be the page people land on from Google, Instagram, a QR code, or the link in your bio. Bring your own domain if you have one.
- Who updates the page?
- You can use the dashboard and chat-style update flow. First setup is included, and the product is designed so the team can keep the page current without opening five tools.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Cancel any time. If something is off in the first 30 days, we refund the first month.
- What about Founding 150?
- Founding 150 is a separate landing-page offer for operators who want five years of full access as Kitch grows. Starter is the normal way to begin.
