What you get
Five years of full access.
Plus the things that aren't in the price.
One payment. Five years of Kitch in your kitchen. Every layer that gets built during your founding term, included. Plus the things that come with being one of the first 150 in the door.
01
Five years of full access
Every layer of Kitch as it's built — page, team handoff, POS integration, wastage estimator, supplier flag, direct ordering, loyalty. All of it. No upcharges during your founding term.
02
A name on the founding wall
Listed on getkitch.app/founding from the day your payment clears. Stays as long as your membership stays active.
03
A direct line to the founder
Email and text. Not a ticket queue. Real responses, usually same-day.
04
A real voice in the roadmap
Quarterly founding-member input rounds on what gets built next. Your input doesn't decide the roadmap, but it shapes it.
05
First access to new layers
Every new feature ships to founding members two weeks before public release. You see what's coming before anyone else.
06
Renewal protection at year five
When your founding term ends, your renewal rate will never exceed our standard public pricing at that time. You're protected from the founding price being a "lock-in trick."
07
Migration help included
If you're coming from Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, or a custom site, we move your content over for you. Included in the membership, not billed extra.
08
Money back in the first 30 days
If Kitch isn't what you wanted, full refund within 30 days of your payment, no friction.
Why a founding offer
Because some of this only works
if the right people are in early.
We could have launched Kitch with a free trial and a $99/month subscription. We didn't. Here's why.
A free trial brings in everyone. We'd rather have 150 operators who believe in the thesis than 1,500 who churn through a free month and never reply. Founding members fund the build, shape the product, and become the first reference customers other operators trust.
Five years gives us room to build the full stack. Page, team handoff, POS integration, wastage, supplier flow, loyalty, ordering — that's a multi-year roadmap. Founding members get all of it for one price, locked in, no surprises.
We're not raising venture capital this quarter. The Founding 150 funds the next phase of the company directly from the operators who'll use it. That's the relationship we want with the people on Kitch.
The roadmap
What your $2,500 builds.
Founding members get every layer below as it's built, included in the membership. Approximate timing — we'd rather under-promise and ship early than the other way around.

A quick honest filter
Who this is for.
- Independent operators running 1 to 8 locations.
- Restaurants, bars, cafes, ghost kitchens, and small groups.
- People who'd rather own their stack than rent it.
Who this is not for.
- Chains with corporate operations teams and existing enterprise contracts.
- Operators looking only for delivery aggregation — that's not what we do.
- Anyone hoping for a free trial. The Founding 150 is a paid commitment.
One last thing
The fairness commitments don't change
because you're a founder.
Never a percentage of your orders on Kitch's core product
Never a markup on your guest data
Never a pay-to-rank directory
Never a price hike on a feature you already paid for
Your domain, your brand, your data, your call
The fairness is the product. That's true on day one and it's true on day 1,825.

FAQ
Real questions, plain answers.
What happens immediately after I pay?
Stripe sends you a receipt. Within 24 hours you get a personal email from the founder with your dashboard access, your founding number (1 through 150), and a calendar link to a 30-minute onboarding call. Your name appears on getkitch.app/founding within 48 hours. Your page goes live within 7 days of you sending us your basics.
What if I already have a website?
Most founding members do. We migrate your content from Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, or a custom site. You can keep your existing domain. We'll send you a migration questionnaire after you sign up.
What if I have multiple locations?
The $2,500 covers one location. For 2-8 locations, contact us before paying — we have group pricing for founding members at scale. Email hi@getkitch.app with your location count and we'll respond within 24 hours.
Can I pay in installments?
Not for the Founding 150 — it's structured as a single payment to keep the offer simple. If $2,500 upfront is the only thing standing between you and signing up, email us. We'll figure something out for the right operators.
What does "five years of full access" actually include?
Full access to every Kitch feature that exists today and every feature built during your five-year founding term. This includes the page, team handoff, POS integration, wastage estimator, supplier flag, direct ordering, loyalty layer, and any other feature we build before your term ends. No additional subscription costs during your founding term.
What's covered by "Kitch's core product" in the fairness commitments?
Everything we build that's part of the standard subscription tier. If we ever launch an opt-in transaction service (e.g., guest payment processing through our own platform), that's a separate product you can choose to use or not. The fairness commitments mean we'll never silently start taking a cut of your existing orders.
What happens at year five?
Your founding membership renews at the standard public pricing at that time, which we commit will never exceed what other customers are paying. You can also choose to end your membership and keep all your data — we'll export everything in standard formats.
Why "150"?
Because it's a real number we can serve well as a small team. Not a marketing round number. After 150, the support quality drops if we don't hire ahead of growth, and we'd rather not over-promise.
What if Kitch shuts down?
If the company ceases operations, we will export all your data in standard formats and provide migration assistance. Your guest page, change history, and customer data are yours. We don't hold them hostage.
I have other questions.
Email hi@getkitch.app and the founder will respond directly.
